索尼中国微博账号被禁言

1月4日晚间，认证为“索尼（中国）有限公司官方微博”的账号“索尼中国”被禁言，被禁言的具体原因，微博方面暂未给予说明，索尼中国账号页面则显示，“因违反相关法律法规，该用户目前处于禁言状态”。在被禁言前的数个小时，索尼中国仍持续更新动态。
1月5日，针对“索尼中国”微博账号被禁言，微博CEO“来去之间”（王高飞）回应称，“索尼中国”被禁言是因为10月12号发的一条博文违法，处罚刚刚走完流程批下来。

值得一提的是，这已经不是索尼中国第一次被处罚。
2021年10月12日，索尼（中国）有限公司曾因违反《中华人民共和国广告法》（2018）中“广告不得损害国家的尊严或者利益，泄露国家秘密”条款，被北京市朝阳区市场监督管理局行政处罚，罚款100万元。行政处罚决定书显示，此次处罚是针对该公司在2021年6月的一则新品广告。
起因是2021年6月30日深夜，索尼中国在社交媒体]发文宣布，将于7月7日22时发表新产品，并配以预热海报，中英文版本分别展示了“更多精彩，随心记录”、“Capture more of your world”的宣传语。
