女子骑电动车载两人闯红灯被撞 被判全责 网友：这才是公正

据陕西交警1月14日发布的视频显示，一女子骑着两轮电动车，后面坐了一个女子，前面脚踏板还站了一个小孩。
三人均未佩戴头盔，事发之时正是红灯，女子依然快速在路口穿行，结果撞到一辆正常行驶的SUV上，三人连同电动车一起倒地。对此，陕西交警表示：闯红灯+违法载人+不戴头盔，必须全责！
